RTShop.pk (RT Mobile Accessories) is an online store for mobile accessories and electronics, based in Lahore, Pakistan. Our website address is https://rtshop.pk. When we say “we”, “us” or “our”, we mean RTShop.pk.

2Information We Collect

• Order details: your name, phone number, email, delivery address, city and any notes you add at checkout.
• Account details: name, email and password (stored securely) if you create an account, along with your order history and wishlist.
• Messages: what you send through our Contact Us form (name, email, phone, company and message) or by email.
• WhatsApp: when you order or chat with us on WhatsApp, we receive your WhatsApp number, profile name and the messages you send.
• Newsletter: your email address, only if you choose to subscribe to offers and updates.
• Reviews: your name, email and the review text if you post a product review or comment. Reviews may be shown publicly.
• Technical data: IP address, browser, device type and pages visited, collected automatically to keep the site working and secure.

3How We Use Your Information

• To confirm, pack and deliver your orders, and to call or message you about them.
• To handle returns, replacements, warranty claims and customer support.
• To let you track your order and manage your account and wishlist.
• To reply to your messages, bulk-order and corporate enquiries.
• To send offers and updates, only if you subscribed (you can unsubscribe anytime).
• To prevent spam, fraud and misuse, and to improve how our website works.

4Payments

At the moment we accept Cash on Delivery, so you pay the courier when your order arrives. We do not collect, see or store any card or bank account details on this website. If we add online payment options in the future, payments will be handled by the payment provider and this policy will be updated.

5Cookies and Browser Storage

Our website uses small files (cookies) and your browser’s local storage to work properly:

• Essential: keeping your cart, checkout and login session working.
• Preferences: remembering your wishlist, compare list and recently viewed products.
• Prayer times bar: saving your approximate city and today’s prayer times in your browser so they load faster. This stays on your device.
• Performance: basic technical data that helps us keep the site fast and secure.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the store, such as the cart and checkout, may not work without them.

6Third-Party Services

We use trusted services to run the store. They only receive the information needed for their job:

• Delivery partners: your name, phone number and address, so couriers can deliver your order.
• WhatsApp (Meta): if you choose to message or order through WhatsApp, your chat is handled under WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.
• Website hosting and email: our hosting provider and email delivery service store and send site data and order emails.
• Prayer times bar: to show the right prayer times, your browser asks a free IP-lookup service (ipwho.is) for your approximate city, and then asks Aladhan (aladhan.com) for that city’s timings. We do not store this on our servers.
• Map on the Contact page: map images are loaded from OpenStreetMap, which can see your IP address when the map loads.
• Fonts: Google Fonts may be loaded to display text correctly.

7Sharing Your Information

We never sell your personal information. We share it only with the services listed above when needed to serve you, or when the law requires us to (for example, a valid request from authorities).

8How Long We Keep Your Data

• Orders: kept for as long as needed for delivery, warranty, returns and accounting records.
• Messages and enquiries: kept until your request is resolved, and for a reasonable time after.
• Accounts: kept until you ask us to delete them.
• Newsletter: kept until you unsubscribe.

9Keeping Your Data Safe

Our website runs over HTTPS and we take reasonable steps to protect your information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access. Please keep your account password private. No website or online service can be 100% secure, but we work to keep your information safe.

• correct information that is wrong or out of date;
• ask us to delete your account or personal information (except records we must keep by law);

We will respond as soon as reasonably possible.

Our store is meant for adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us their information, please contact us and we will remove it.
